ASTANA. March 18 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ), the national railway operator, is introducing temporary restrictions on the admission of freight wagons to ease pressure on the rail network and ensure transport safety, the company’s press service said.
